We Are

Women in Engineering (WiE) was established by faculty and students to foster an environment that encourages the inclusion, celebration, and development of women in engineering.

A positive externality of this mission is the valuable professional development of our executives and members of all genders. As engineering has grown, diversified and progressed, WiE has evolved to advocate for not just women, but all of the minority identities that may intersect one’s identity as a woman.
